About NCOAGA

Welcome to the Air National Guard Non-Commissioned Officers Academy Graduate Association (NCOAGA)!

Established on July 19, 1968, the NCOAGA was formed during the graduation ceremony of Class 68B with the approval of General IG Brown, the Director of the Air National Guard. Recognizing the importance of fostering connections among graduates, Chapter One was created to maintain the camaraderie and support forged during their transformative experience at the NCO Academy. Since then, our association has expanded significantly, now comprising 106 chapters across the United States, including the formation of Chapter Two in Puerto Rico.

The NCOAGA's early growth was driven by a desire for graduates to remain linked to the academy and one another, allowing members to share experiences and continue their personal and professional development. Over the years, the association has evolved to meet the needs of its members, implementing various scholarship programs aimed at encouraging the dependents of members to pursue their educational goals.

In 2007, NCOAGA achieved a significant milestone by obtaining non-profit status from the IRS and becoming incorporated in the state of Nebraska. This status has allowed us to broaden our reach and enhance the services we provide to our members and their families.

At NCOAGA, our mission is to encourage, assist, and prepare enlisted members for all levels of developmental education. We strive to foster professionalism and instill Esprit de Corps among our members. Our vision is to mentor airmen as they navigate their academic, career, and professional journeys, empowering them to become educated, confident, and capable leaders within the military and their communities.
